Lisa Baker, one of our title settlement agents has several years of experience in the real estate industry that gives her an edge assisting all sides. Lisa is multifaceted in her processing, closing, and post-closing.

Katherine Davis, a title settlement agent with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, is committed to providing the highest level of professionalism. Proficient in clearing title problems for clean title and insurability. 

Peggy Kyger comes to Sunshine Title with fantastic multi-tasking skills as our admin support staff and pre-processor.  Her "can do" attitude is as contagious as her smile.
